They had just remodeled and refreshed the rooms and the fitness center, which was a nice surprise and made this hotel feel more ‘elevated’ and up to date for the area. The area is nice and offers restaurants, walking paths, and easy access to downtown.

The room had a window that was worthless and blocked by the building, as was designed. Any observation would have had engineering and architects dismayed.

The hotel provides a no nonsense accommodation approach. I found the rooms to be satisfactory and the amenities acceptable for what you pay. Overall good value for money.

Maybe provide coffee mate pod milk in the room and not only dry milk sachets

Positives:
From checking in to departure we had an excellent experience. The construction noise was not u reasonable and the breakfast is always nice. We see so many of the same employees. We’ve been staying here for the last 5 years when we go to visit family. The summer rates get steep and we don’t care for that but it’s the best place we’ve found to stay.
