I loved everything about the stay, except the mattress. The staff was friendly, and the facility was clean. It felt homey.

We only had one issue. There was a hole in one side of the bed. It made it so I wasn't able to sleep in bed with my husband. He ended up sleeping on the couch with our son.

we are currently homeless at the moment and we have been traveling between this hotel and another hotel well we were anyways I got a flat tire on my way back from dropping a load off at other hotel and the staff was rude to my children and had leave to wait outside in the winter weather I may add . they left half our food in the room since the staff were being so pushy a expense we definitely can't afford nor is the hotel but it's a Bed and warm. and I have to make it work anyways I wasn't very happy to see them waiting outside in cold weather and all our stuff packed up behind them my youngest hiding inside her Hoodia to stay warm . my point Is they weren't over booked the parking lot only had two cars in it and I'm sure it would of hurt Noone to of let me kids at least sit in the lobby. I am not sure If me and my children will stay there again.

I wasn't there much but when I was it was ok

The toilet in our room was broken. I reported it and they replaced the chain in the tank but didn't fix the problem. If they had stayed for 5 minutes they would have been able to tell the toilet wasn't fixed. I mentioned to desk staff but they never returned to fix it. I shouldn't have had to put the flapper in place every time we wanted to use the toilet so the tank would fill in order to flush. The cleaners came into the room only one time to drop off towels. They did enter the bathroom and should have seen the cover was off the back of the tank and the water was running continuously.

I love that there was a pool and breakfast. Took my sister out for her birthday. I chose this hotel because it was close to where we wanted to go. About a 5 min Uber drive. I love that the doors locked for safety and you need a card to get in after a certain hour. The staff was friendly, the room was clean ( and I'm picky), the beds were so comfortable.
