The attendant was responsive and listened to our concerns and got us a new room. Hotel was quiet and we slept well with the dark curtains.

The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

Coffeemaker in the room didn't work and the breakfast was late so we couldn't get coffee at 6 a.m.. The breakfast was pretty thin and the coffee was out in the coffeemaker. The hotel bathroom was not as clean as would be expected. The dryer in the laundry was broken but the staff went above and beyond to help me dry my clothes. The price we paid for the room was high compared to the value.

The location was ideal. The breakfast room was a little disappointing, not a lot of variety to choose from..standard fare items were offered.
Negatives:
I didn’t get any cleaning services for the three day stay…I was okay without a towel change but my garbage was stacking up. I also wanted to get something from the vending machine but the front desk couldn’t give me change and instead directed me to the gas station store next door, said that I would get a better and cheaper choice.
