The property gave away the room I booked on the app. Claiming that booking thru a third party doesn’t guarantee you that you get the room you booked just that you will get a room.

Don’t use booking to stay...
Positives:
Conveniently located didn’t have to drive too far for dinners only 25 minutes from Silverwood.
Negatives:
Dishwasher was full of dishes. They were clean just not put away. I’m on vacation I did not want to empty a dishwasher. Told the front desk and they said “ it’s so you know the dishes are clean. Just put them where you want. “ This really should be part of housekeeping in my opinion.

The rooms and staff were great; however, we did not get the rooms that were ordered. The rooms cost $300/night and a member of our party had to sleep on a couch.

They gave away our king rooms even though they were confirmed and fully paid for in advance and we checked in at the appointed time. The front desk staff was nonchalant about it and quite rude at check in. We will not stay here in the future.
