The staff was great once you could find them. They are definitely short of staff though. I waited almost a half hour before someone even came to the office to check me in. Once theyre however, it was very easy and great.

The breakfast location was great. The room was always being checked for different things to be replaced. It was never too crowded. The only thing that needed attention is the way that the yougart is set up.

In the room - curtains very shabby and dirty. Bathroom basin plug defective - stuck so water could not run out. Electric board/plugs for hairdryer did not work.

Good for overnight stay - bed was good and had a pleasant night's stay

Booked a king room; upon arrival found out that they have converted to all queen rooms plus kitchenette. No offer of refund. First room we were given was filthy: obviously work crew was still working on this room (drywall dust everywhere, cigarette butts on floor). 2nd room was ok.

The room was dirty, sheets stained with blood, had living bugs in bed which we removed. In the morning I realized I had been bitten numerous times and now, two days later, I have extreme welts and severe itching all over my body. Very disappointing.
