We were given a "Handicapped" room which we didn't realize till the next morning. The showerhead was a handheld style and did not function properly. We should have been alerted the room was for handicapped individuals.

The room was updated and clean. Bed and towels were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The afternoon chocolate chips cookies were absolutely delicious!

It was the noisiest room we have ever been in and the sink was plugged. We asked to be moved but they were fully booked. The desk attendant told us the noise was caused by fans above the room on the roof and that they have had complaints in the past.

Didn't eat breakfast. Location was good. Tge front lady was very concerned about me. She kept checking on me. She even gave me some ointment to on them.
Negatives:
If I didn't like getting bit by bed bugs on my back and right elbow. They were in the pillowcase. Then having to kill them. In room #130 handicap. Then the night guy put us in another room. He didn't know what to do. But because I got bit up. I couldn't sleep. I was shaking really bad. My anxiety went through the roof. Then I had to drive 7 hours to get home. I was so tired. I had to throw away night clothes. I didn't want to per ent me bringing them home. I had to go to the hospital to deal with the bites.

We chose this hotel for the pool for my kids. This was the whole purpose of the one night stay. Upon arrival we find out that the pool is closed and of course things happened however we were not given option to cancel for free as we ask that we wanted to go to other hotel that pool was open. No discount either. As we paid for all amenities and couldn’t use it.
