Positives: Perfect location just 30 mins drive to West Yellowstone. Hotel is clean with beautiful interior. Friendly service. A guy serving breakfast is very quick and efficient.
Negatives: Breakfast could have more option or at least change daily. One day out of three there were 3 people total serving breakfast and they couldn?t keep up at all. At 6:30 there were no coffee, no bread, and counters weren?t wiped.

Positives: Hotel was very pretty, new and clean.
Negatives: Upon arrival we went to check in to be greeted by a sign that said we will be with you momentarily 20 minutes later still could not find a staff member despite me walking all over the lobby and even to the pool area I even resorted to calling the desk to try to get somebody to answer, but that failed as well and was sent to voicemail, finally a staff member ended up coming out. I verbalized to her that I had been here waiting to check in for quite some time and all she could say was OK. I had booked two king rooms approximately three months prior to our visit. She checked us into queen rooms unannounced to us until we walked into one of the rooms so I went back to the desk to tell her I had booked king rooms and she put us in the wrong rooms, and she told me you cant have the rooms you booked because we are out of them so all you can have are queens I informed her it had been months since I made the reservations and even paid extra to get the king rooms and she again reiterated the statement that I could not have the rooms that I booked. After a few minutes and her realizing that I was not going to accept that answer, she went to to get a manager who had the audacity to state because you booked through a 3rd party site (booking.com) that she did not have to honor our room choice and that we get bumped out of our rooms first to make room for Marriot members . I told her I have used booking.com many times and never had an issue to this she had no answer! Needless to say desk staff and management at this hotel need some serious improvement and Marriott needs to reevaluate if they want to do business with booking.com if they will be treating customers this way.

Negatives: Booking.com mentioned that the reservation is selected was a room with mountain ciew. But the hotel denied us that room and lied to us and gave made up reason and gave us a room with parking lot view. I paid extra money for a room with view but this was very disappointing from Booking.coms side that you provided misleading information on your app and website

Positives: Exceptional service from the moment we arrived until we departed. Staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was immaculate and well-appointed with modern amenities. The hotel's facilities, including the heated pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere for guests to unwind. The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the west side of Yellowstone National Park. We appreciated the extra touches, such as complimentary candy in the rooms. Overall, our experience exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Positives: This is a beautiful property! The rooms are unusually nice with huge bathrooms, vaulted ceilings and a view of the river. Enjoyed swimming in the warm pool and working out in the gym as well. Would highly recommend.
Negatives: The breakfast was very generic. For a high-end hotel fresh berries, quiche or something besides what is served at every motel and hotel.
