The bed was comfortable and the room was okay.
Negatives:
No one was at the front desk for 5-10 minutes. Then I was told that my request for ground floor rooms could not be met because I made my reservation through a 3rd party. When I said my arthritic knees would require I stay somewhere else, the guy who finally showed up at the front desk found two ground floor rooms. During the night a bunch of FFA teenagers were running through the hallways yelling loudly until 10:30 pm until my daughter called the front desk to demand quiet.
