Staff members were very personable and friendly. Moscow is also very quiet which is nice.

The room wasnt the cleanest. There was a lot of hair and I found old bars of soap in the shower.

I waited 45 minutes to get checked in at 10 pm and then they put me right next to two families with small children who were hanging outside with the doors open the tv blaring and the kids running around screaming. The mattress was nothing but a pad on a metal frame

Nice location. We could park our motorcycles outside our room.
Negatives:
We asked for a room on the first floor, but none was available. They gave us a room upstairs. After we carried out luggage upstairs and opened the door the room was not ready, the housekeeper had not cleaned it since the last guests left it. Finally they gave as a room downstairs that was ready since we got there. Also in the bathroom there was a massive water leak in the sink. We decided not to say nothing and just put a towel, we just wanted to rest.

Shower w/constant drip that became steady flow - could not use at all. Floor looked clean but left a black coat on socks and feet. Manager unreachable, staff unprofessional, unauthorized charges on credit card. Value = $50, Price Paid = $--+ Feel duped.

The beds were the most comfortable we have had at a motel in a very long time.

The room had not been cleaned other than fixing the bed and changing the towels. The floor was dirty; the bathroom had not been cleaned; the toilet and shower were dirty with used shampoo and soap wrappers still in the shower. The shower had no map and was a slipping hazard. Water temperature was not consistent going from hot to cold without notice. There were no glasses for water so I had to go to their coffee cart to get a glass to brush my teeth. In this day and age most rooms have a coffee maker in the room, not here. The room was not made up for our second day; we went to the front desk for fresh towels and soap. Checking out they could not provide a receipt saying since we booked through a third party, that party would have to provide a receipt of payment. For the price paid there should have been a continental breakfast. The facility was understaffed.

It worked but for $365.00 I surely expected more and would never stay there again.
