It was quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great having a restaurant within walking distance and great that our breakfast was included with our stay. It was clean and neat. Nice to have a pool and workout room. The bed was comfortable.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean and quiet. The pool area was also very clean and airy.
Not many hotels have free hot cocoa anymore, but Hotel Ruby did! I appreciated that because I hate coffee! Lol!
Overall, a great stay. We will be back!

Hot tubs were really hot! It was hard to enjoy for more than a couple minutes.

Clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
Only 1 glass and 1 bathrobe in room. No coffee maker in room and I had to wait for it to be brewed downstairs.
Expensive but I suppose everything is expensive in that area.

Great outdoor area with fire pits connected to pool. I like that the free breakfast was from an actual restaurant. Didn’t expect to have the room cleaned!
Negatives:
The room smelled horrible. The pool says 18+ after 9 pm but there were kids in the pool until 10 pm. Front desk snapped at my bf for asking to turn the gas on the fire pits.
