Positives: Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean and quiet. The pool area was also very clean and airy. Not many hotels have free hot cocoa anymore, but Hotel Ruby did! I appreciated that because I hate coffee! Lol! Overall, a great stay. We will be back!

Negatives: Hot tubs were really hot! It was hard to enjoy for more than a couple minutes.
