It was definitely in a place that was hard to find and the parking was not good. They allowed a diesel to park in front of our vehicle and we could not get out. The beds were so hard. You can’t even sleep on them. They were painful. it definitely was not worth the price. The staff you couldn’t even understand them. It was one thing if they have a hard time speaking English, but this person couldn’t even understand it even being on the phone I had to help her out with a conversation because she didn’t understand what he was saying when he asked her about pricing for a month.

Front staff was hardly there. Front staff never gave me a confirmation email. Breakfast was bad cold. The waffles had a bad taste . Juice was extremely watered down. Then we got locked out of our room for nearly 30 minutes waiting for staff to show up in the front counter. Oh and the bathroom wasn't cl3aned all the way. Shower was nasty and there was snot on the mirrors.

The room was FILTHY. There was viable dirty and grime on the lamps, walls, the bathtub was gross, the shower heads had MOLD on them.
It was raining and the rain hit the outside of the ac unit and it was very loud and disruptive to our sleep.

The rooms were not clean and there were bugs in the bed! We checked into our room and there were pee stains and blood stains on the sheets. There was also a small bug in the sheets and under the pillow! We asked for change rooms and the second room had pee stains on the blankets as well!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. It was peaceful and quiet. I had a meeting close by so the location is great.

I appreciate the commitment to cleanliness. Consider a change to your Hospital Grade Disinfectant and/or floor cleaner, there is an awful smell.
Maybe get some lamps that you can plug into to charge a phone or earbuds.
