Great location but the place...
Negatives:
The pool was cold and there was to much chlorine in the hot tub the pool area could have been a little cleaner. There was a couple of spots on the carpet that looked bad maybe dog potty spots.

The hotel is run-down and tired. The rooms desperately need a refresh from the 80's. Filthy carpets. The internet is unsecured, the pillows are terrible and the sheets didn't fit the beds properly.. There is no river view as advertised.

garbages not emptied on property. towels not stocked in pool and rooms. rude staff. served raw food after hour long wait. Angry frantic Resturant staff. entrance is updated and a truck because the whole rest of the place is outdated, dingy, old smelling. staff were arguing in front of guests.

loved the lobby, the location, and the rooms were spacious and the bed was so comfy! Also the air conditioning was on POINT! so good!

the staff wasn’t the friendliest. i arrived late to check in and neither gal at the front greeted me. i stood in front of them for a good 5 min without even a hello. also if you are gonna have mirrors everywhere I would suggest making sure they stay clean

couches where dirty and stained. the staff was not in any type of uniform and did not look professional their hair was a total disaster very snotty and I had to call customer service after waiting in the lobby for 10 mins in a line of two other people inform of me there was no one at the front desk. when they finally showed up they were rude.
