Room was clean, everything updated, more pillows than I needed and that's always a good sign. The lighting was bright and there were 2 mirrors for my vanity! Of course, it had the neccessary fridge and microwave-a must for me. I was even up early enough to catch the perfect continental breakfast, which includes belgian waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, bagels, juice, toast, yogurt, hard boiled eggs. Evert employee I encountered had a smile and a positive attitude.
Negatives:
The shower needed an instruction manual for this airhead. It was just hard for me to turn the knob. My only complaint was that housekeeping knocked on my door at 10:08am when checkout is 11am. He apologized but 11 is 11 and I don't like to be disturbed.

They were nice enough to give us a new room since the first one smelt straight up cigarettes.
Negatives:
Would’ve been nice to know that the pool had been down for months and was no where near being open again. Especially since that was the main reason we booked with them.When we first booked rooms the add said there was bath tubs. To our surprise there was none just very small rooms with a bathroom the size of an average half bath.Our non-smoking room smelt like an old lady smokers home they did change us rooms to one smelt like straight paint better then an ashtray.
