Bed was not very comfortable. Breakfast smells woke me up early every morning and I couldn't get back to sleep.very tired by end of stay.

There are some younger kids young adults when we are in the pool with our granddaughter, and the behavior they were displaying wasnt appropriate for children

The carpets were stained so it felt dirty, but it was clean. The room the pool was in was cold. Then getting in the pool water wasnt fun because it was cold. So we tried the hot tub and it wasnt any warmer . Disappointing for sure .

Took forever to check in. Only one gal was working and we waited in line for over 20 minutes to check in. Everyone in line was clearly frustrated that it was taking so long. Half the plugs in our room werent working very well we kept having to wiggle our chargers to finally get them to charge.
