It is a fairly new Morel 6, the place was clean and the staff were great!

The location was good in relation to town.
Negatives:
The cover on the bed was dirty.
After the first night we asked for our room to be cleaned and it wasnt. We had to ask again the second day to have it cleaned and get more towels. We got the towels but the room and bed were untouched.
