Every surface of the room was covered in a layer of dust. The bathtub didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a while. Water constantly fluctuated from very cold to very hot in the shower. Booking.com said there was room service and a restaurant in the hotel, but there was neither.

The location to the beach park and to downtown was excellent.
The view from our room looked across the grass to the lake and the marina. It was wonderful.

The place has a lot of potential it’s rated three stars now, but with a little extra effort and a little money, it could be a four star.
I would describe the whole place and our room as tired in need of a little refurbishment
