Negatives:
The booking system was down when we arrived at 9:30 PM after a 10-hour drive with no estimated time for our room assignment. The staff was unhelpful and rude and did not have any resources for us. The manager was not available. We booked another room and was told that our reservation would be refunded. My credit card was charged for the stay anyway.

The bedding appeared to be for a queen bed instead of king. Corners of bottom sheet ripped in corners. The sheets felt like sand paper related to possibly many washings. Bathroom towels also are in need of being replaced and they are very worn.
