MANAGER WOULD NOT CREDIT BACK FOR TWO CRAPPY NIGHTS BECAUSE I WAS NOT A MEMBER. SO YOUR 100 SATISFACTION GUARANTEED PROMIS IS WORTHLESS. WE WILL "NEVER STAY AT A HAMPTON INN" EVER AGAIN.
