The swing shift desk employees were great! So was the housekeeper on the dayshift. Great location to go to the waterfalls and canyon. Lots of food places and next to a Costco and the mall. First day breakfast was good with sausage and biscuit, next was okay
Negatives:
1-The desk during dayshift not so friendly. 2-The person watching the dining area used just her hands to clean tables of crumbs and was so noise in the morning throwing boxes into a bin by our door it woke us up.3- The hot tub first night there looked bad. Next day we were told they closed it cause they were having trouble with getting it cleaned and chemical bounced out. 3-The room had such a bad odor we had to get a bottle of spray both days to eliminate it 4- lamps and wall had water stains on them from a water leak

LOved location=1st time here - we are traveling Snowbirds

Staff member working desk at check in was basically rude-not wanting to assist with any changes stated too busy- We booked a king room suite apparently first come first serve-nothing left so was giving 2 Queen beds- The toilet in this room ran all night

The staff was great the room was nice and clean except for microwave is dirty and the refrigerator had leftover food from the people before us otherwise the beds were soft and i everything was nice I will stay here again
