Friendly ladies at the front desk, very accommodating. Parked close to the room. Ice machine close by. Very quiet. Toilet and shower separate from the sink, which is convenient when traveling with someone. Clean, vinyl laminate floors. Breakfast was very good, the lady was very attentive and kept the hot food fresh and the counters clean.

The best thing about this hotel was the staff. Everyone was very friendly, and I liked that there was someone at the desk 24 hours. It made me feel a little safer (my room was close to the front entrance). I also enjoyed the coffee that was provided in the room (Keurig), and the breakfast in the morning. Coming from Phoenix, I was freezing, but the heater in the room was very efficient! The price was very reasonable, and the location was close to several restaurants.
Negatives:
I felt like my room was very outdated. The tub was yellowed (or maybe it just wasn't cleaned well enough?) and the door did not feel very sturdy. I could hear every little noise, even if someone was walking by quietly. Security is something I take seriously, as a solo female traveler, and strong wind could have knocked that door over. With the appearance of the tub, I started analyzing everything. I couldn't tell if it was poor lighting, or if the sheets were also yellowed. However, I did find a stray hair on the bottom sheet. Now, I know hairs can fall out at any moment, and it could have happened when housekeeping was making the bed, but I wasn't sure I could give them the benefit of the doubt on that one. The floors, sink, and toilet seemed clean at least. Some people may not care if things are outdated; this is just my opinion. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.
