Lighting poorest ever seen in...

The younger attendant tried to accommodate me when I had to move to a different room. I appreciated that.
Negatives:
I had asked for a quiet room on the top floor. She first put me on the top floor but was close to the street noise which was huge. She didn't listen to me when I said I wanted to be away from the street. So I had to move to another room. Could still hear some noise but not as bad. The room was clean, but the stairwells and areas needed vacuuming and a mop.
The older woman at the desk was a bit condescending when I asked the other attendant for a quiet room. A very loud. She was helping another customer and talked so loud I couldn't hear the attendant trying to help get me checked in. Very little professionalism.
No elevator to the third floor.

It was quiet and good location to everything. Good water pressure in shower, nice tub. Spacious room. Decent breakfast. My room was clean. Good tv.
Negatives:
No elevator, I stayed on the 3rd floor. AC would turn off and not come back on sometimes. The construction workers made me feel a little uncomfortable. The bed wasn't very comfortable.
