I had to check out on Friday because the hotel was too smoky smell like marijuana and cigarette smoke. I asked for a refund for Saturday since I was checking out Friday and they were not granted can you please look into this for me. I had young kids.

They put a 315 dollar hold on my card and it's been there for 30 days. I want my money back!!
