The location was great for our trip.
Negatives:
Hard to communicate with the staff. Had issues with the TV in the room and even when we switched rooms still had issues. Our door key had to be re keyed each day. And the Continental breakfast was a huge disappointment.

The beds were great. The location was perfect for the womans national bowling championship
Negatives:
No fridge or microwave in the rooms, they said breakfast was 630 to 930 both mornings there was nothing but coffee or juice. They charge 100 dollar deposit which no one knows until you get there. If you check in early its an extra 20 bucks.

customer services. was poor. charged us 100$ deposit. breakfast was a pre bagged, danish, orange, & a granola bar. only 13 channels to watch on tv. room was not.very clean

There are 3 spots on the description that says they offer a shuttle service to the airport. THEY DO NOT. The man on the phone was very rude about it when I simply asked if I needed to schedule a shuttle pickup. Once we got there, I didn’t say anything about it but the employee brought up my phone call. I told him that bookings.com says shuttle service and he aggressively said “show it to me!” And reached for my phone when I pulled it up. He then started to demeaningly explain what “additional charge” meant and that it would cost money. “When it says free that means you don’t pay any money.” I told him the website was confusing, that’s all. Proceeded to our room where there was a condom wrapper on the floor and a used pop can. We decided to stay somewhere else. When we gave him our keys, my husband informed him of the dirty room and the guy says “it’s fine.” My husband tells him it’s not fine that the room was dirty. Again the guy says “thank you, it’s fine.” And my husband was upset at this point and said “no it’s not okay and you were very rude to my wife earlier so we are leaving.” The guy responds with “it’s fine, thank you. I know what this is about.” Implying that we are being racist toward him since he has darker skin than we do. My husband said “sir, don’t do that. This is not how to run an establishment.” And we waited outside for our Uber to a different hotel
