Negatives: I didn't like the fact that housekeeping came knocking on my door early in the morning.

Negatives: Breakfast spread.

Negatives: Pool was cold . Breakfast was cold and late on Sunday

Negatives: Bathroom cleanliness was not good… heavy mildew inside and outside of shower stall, caulking was decayed and gross and should be cut out and redone long ago. Corners of bathroom floor had months of build up in them, should be scraped out and sanitized.

Negatives: We could not go swimming. Big part of why we booked here was the pool for the kids. When we got there we went to check out the pool. It was so dirty, it looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a long time. Bugs floating on top, big giant dirt piles through out on the bottom. Didn’t even smell like there was chlorine in the pool. I would not allow my kids to swim in it. Rooms are super small and they weren’t deep cleaned well. We had to keep our shades closed the entire time because people can see right into your room. The lighting in the room is very dark and dull. We had all the lights on and we felt like we were still in the dark.

Negatives: Overpriced. Bed was uncomfortable. Shower water did not get warm enough. Remote was slow. It might need new batteries. Far from venue.

Negatives: The staff was rude. Was not told we needed a 100 deposit for each room we had 3 rooms. The smell of Marijuana was seeping into our room with 3 small kids. I reported it and they responded there really wasn't anything they could do it was legal. My respond back was so our cigarettes but I respect and don't do them at the establishment. Mmm
