Negatives: Rodent

Negatives: Breakfast area was not very good, Juice machine not working, Waffle machine broke, very limited choices

Negatives: fill in the pool it has been closed for years

Negatives: Carpets recently shampooed and were still a bit damp to walk on, also strong chemical smell. Constant fan selection in AC didnt work so unit turned on and off all night disrupting sleep.

Negatives: Room was ok, mirror was damaged in bathroom, bath tub faucet leaking. Key did not work well, had to get it redone a few times. Breakfasts poor choices, no source of protein. Coffee cold, saw one insect on counter. No one at Front Desk, had to ring a bell & someone would come. Staff was ok but very business like.

Negatives: No elevator Pool has been broke for over a year AC broke in one room. Didnt fix it, gave us dirty fan. Cereal at breakfast was stale Very stuffy in the hotel lobby

Negatives: The TV/remote was very hard to operate, there were no instructions, ie the guide button didnt work, had to flip through hundreds of channels, it would lock up. The outside pool was not open. The light above the vanity wouldnt come on half the time. The shower curtain wasnt long enough, water got out and soaked the bath mat every time.

Negatives: There were rats and roaches in the rooms. There was hair stuck to the walls in the bathroom, and dirty toilet paper on the floors and stuck on the walls of the bathroom. The carpet was filthy and the rooms stunk horribly. Definitely NOT rated how it should be. The owners dont seem to take any pride in their establishment. If the hotel had not been so close to the job we were doing, on top of being the only one available in town with 3 rooms, after we got to the hotel, we wouldve left!!!! Check your rooms before you stay!!! Dont trust these ratings. Do better Quality Inn.
