I was there from 2 to 4 sep at hotel,i came during midnight and the room couldnt open because door hinge was loose and we had to break that at 3 am in the morning,wasted one hour .guy who seat at reception told me i will have $30 bonus in my account in 3 to 5 days but i did not get it even after calling twice!!!!
