That the website didn’t say the hotel is under renovations, anytime you need towels for the pool, you have to go to the front desk to retrieve them and good luck if someone is present to give you towels, the couch and bed sheets had stains and the trashed piled up for 3 days until housekeeping removed it by the ice maker.

I was put on the fourth floor at the furthest distance from the elevator and the ice machine did not work on my floor. Breakfast was pretty meager until the last day I was there.
