The stay seemed amazing to begin with there was some issues at check in but I was reassured everything would be taken care of. I did enjoy the kitchen in the suite. The suite itself was nice spacious and clean
Negatives:
In the early morning someone was able to unlock the door to my room and entered until they realized there was people sleeping inside . Upon checking out I was told that I had been marked as a no show to my reservation . As a women who sometimes travels alone it made me feel very unsafe that someone had access to my room at 5-6 in the morning.

Homeless people are houses there from a shelter. Rooms smell bad. Rooms are weekly rentals to poor people with families and pets

Had a guaranteed booking for 2 rooms with 2 double beds - when we checked in this was not available. Not as clean as when we stay at Candlewood in MN and WI. This experience finishes me with the booking service for whoever is responsible. No compensat

Nothing was exceptional or worth mentioning except for the nice staff at the front desk on arrival.

The public spaces were not cared for and simply not what ought be expected. Spills in the elevator that were still there the next day by example. Dirty carpets in halls. This general malaise carried over to the rooms as well. It's a management issue.
