The room was absolutely filthy. There were stains all over the sheets and trash under the bed. I couldnt shower or bathe because the tub was disgusting.

I didnt like nothing about my stay , it was a bad experience will not stay here again !

I reserved a queen suite with two queen beds, that is not the room I received. I was told that the system didnt show that it showed only one bed . I then showed staff my reservation and she informed me that they couldnt accommodate me because there were no rooms available. I then requested a pull out bed since thats the only accommodation they can assist with. They brought pull out bed with no proper bedding but a sheet . When I requested blankets I was first informed there was only one blanket available. Also is was only two dry towels and two half dry towels no wash cloths , I requested some never received it . I had to go to the local family dollar to purchase my own towels. Not to mention there were left over clothes on the side of the recliner from previous occupants.

My stay was horrible, If I wasnt completely exhausted I wouldve got back on the highway.

The refrigerator in our room did not work. The lady at the front desk was not helpful at all. She said all she could do was tell me where I could buy ice and an ice chest. She implied that it was basically my problem and I would have to resolve it.
