the bathroom flooded bc shower wasn't built correctly. the pool didn't feel cleaned very well, but wasn't dirty. just not used very much

The sheets on my bed had stains on them, and the coffee maker in our room was broken. I was charged for two rooms, and I only had one. They said it was booking.com fault, and the funny thing is no one has documentation of the other room. This should be between the hotel and booking, NOT me! I should not have to pay for a room I never booked.

The property is quite old, rust and dust build up is visible on air vents. Floor tiles seem gritty and dirty. Plastic bathtub seem old and cheap. Windows the only open 10 percent of the way. Definitely a late 1990’s early 2000s hotel.
