Positives: There was a place where you could purchase food and wine in the hotel.
Negatives: In the bed, the headboard vibrated the whole night, like there was either a pump or air unit running in the walls? We came in so late, we didn't bother the front desk, we just turned around and slept opposite (king bed).

Negatives: After getting settled into the room, another guest entered our room. Staff assigned room to two separate households. Customer service acknowledged our initial email which expressed concerns about our safety but has not followed up four days since.

Negatives: the room wasn't cleaned for 2 days as requested & the shuttle service was inadequate (they have a 5 mile limit and they were abnoxious about that) I needed to travel 5.5 mi and they weren't very accomodating (1 mgr was, the others/drivers were not)
