Between Monday, Oct 7th, 2024 at midnight and Tuesday, Oct 8th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Tuesday, Oct 8th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 8, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Negatives: The carpet in the room was filthy. The room smelled like smoke. There was a full kitchen but on dishes. They said there was no ice machine because there were ice trays in the fridge, but they were not filled. The cupboards were empty. No coffee maker. The air conditioner was set at 60 and the room was cold. Turned it up to 80 and it continued to blow cold air and had to turn it off. The circuit breaker tripped when I turned the lights off for bed.
