Positives: Near Midway, with frequent airport shuttle service that serves multiple adjacent hotels. I returned from a trip and found my car dead late at night. I booked the room, and in the morning the maintenance guy gave me a much-appreciated jump! :)

Negatives: No issues. It was much cleaner and newer than I expected, and the breakfast was surprisingly good too.

Negatives: Was double booked agent couldnt really explain why.. Even though money for room was already paid though bookings ended up paying twice there was no where to put the luggage in the room but the bed .. room wasnt properly cleaned dirty towels from previous guests still in room . Called for new set of towels said we had to come get them ourselves

Positives: When I checked in the information that I had read on Booking.com was incorrect. I tried to reason with the person in reception to no av ail. I booked at the Bedford Park location by Midway AIrport, Chicago, IL because the parking was supposed to be free. The receptionist wanted $24.00 ,per day that I left my car. She was rude. She waas not accomodating. She never said anything polite. All she said was that.the hotel is not responsible for what is on the Booking.com website. She never explained politely why she wanteddan additional fee for the parking. She cancelled my reservation when I pushed. I will never again reserve through Booking.com or stay ar a Fairfield Inn.

Negatives: The lack of courtesy from the person at reception! The total inability of the person at reception to accommodate a customer!

Positives: The room was very clean, cool, and fresh smelling. I booked this room the day of due to my A/C unit breaking down on a very hot and humid day. We were very rushed and uncomfortable after a very restless night of 100+ degree weather. We arrived after 4pm and were very happy to find our room clean, cool, with crisp cool sheets. Best stay ever!
