Negatives: They double charge my husbands card, we when out to have dinner and his card had been blocked since the hotel had charged him over 600 and they didnt even told us they charged him I had already paid for the hotel online, they told us our room that was supposed to be a king bed was no longer available again once I had already paid for it so they gave us a two queen bed and didnt give us no type of discount. I tried not to make a big deal of it then once we tried to use the restroom it wouldnt flash right and it will take like 20 minutes for it to be able to flash again I asked if we could get a different room with a working Toilet and they said they were all booked now remind this I stayed there for 2 days on that situation and again no type of discount or apology was given to me when u spend over $600.00 on a hotel u would expect to get the room you had originally booked an a actual working restroom.

Positives: Nothing stands out. We were charged for parking, yet no parking spaces were available.
Negatives: Severe gnats. Staff with the reddish hair was exceptionally rude and racist. She continued to target our party for laughing, yet it was the party next to us. She played a loud radio the next day and night. She was terrible.
