The breakfast was excellent & the staff was very prompt in moving me and my husband to a new room

The first suite (room303) had bed bugs after my husband & I was bit multiple times I took pictures and killed the bedbug because I didn’t want it to travel no more then it had already then I went straight downstairs to tell them they informed me they was going to move us once management got there and we would be compensated once pest control came on Monday to check the room out
So fast forward to Monday morning before checkout I asked them and they said pest control didn’t find any active living bedbugs I said that’s because I killed it I have pictures and videos all they had to do was find the dead one on the towel and test that…
So they did absolutely nothing about it other then move us to a different room and I’m very upset I paid over $250 per night to be here and this is what I get in return
