Positives: breakfast was good and kitchen staff was very very helpful, going above and beyond to ensure comfort and convenience of guests. Food was always replenished in a timely manner. I went to the dining room 2 mornings and the same staff was on duty doing an excellent job. Main bed and pillows were comfortable.
Negatives: Check-in staff need to be trained to handle situations where guest does not have physical card used for reservation, but wants to pay with another card they present. After a long flight nobody wants to hear that they cannot be checked in because they are using a different card!! Would have liked access to a hot tub. Pull out sofa was not comfortable. No ice or trays in freezer of refrigerator. Didn't realize fridge was not on until next morning when I went to retrieve food I stored in there the night before!!! I called down complaining that fridge was not working and staff didn't even know to tell me it is not turned on. They should inform guests of this so their foodstuff is not ruined!!
