Positives:
Location and price were the drivers here. Two minutes off the highway and cheap compared to other hotels around this destination. Water pressure would almost take your skin off, ice machine worked great, it had a king bed and clean towels and sheets. Breakfast was pretty typical, waffle maker, apples, muffins, pastry.
Negatives:
The breakfast had orange drink, not orange juice. The carpet in the room smelled like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Some of the TV channels did not come in well. Everything in the room was old. I understand at this price point you are not getting high quality finishes, but you could clean the carpet and fix your cable or TV.

There has been some updates and renovations since we last stayed. Friendly staff, comfortable bed. We have stayed here several times always works out well for us.

While updated the bathroom looked dirty like it needed a good scrub around the tub and toilet.

Early check in was accommodated, front desk staff (male) was friendly and professional. Visible staff cleaning the property throughout our stay

Women who was at front desk in the afternoon was not welcoming at all and rude. Bathroom was VERY small, built into the corner of the room. Loud music blasting for hours in the parking lot, outside our window. TV's need to be updated, picture quality is very poor. Also, all our keys were deactivated before check out time, which I found odd and an inconvenience for loading the car. Beds were not comfortable, woke up stiff

My husband and I stay here at least twice a week had issues on our stays the front desk were rude and absolutely no help rented us a room with no water in the bathroom we could not shower I called front desk was met with attitude and no help asked to speak to manager no manager on duty left message no call back they are under construction they started work before 7am beating on floors walls idk exactly what they were doing but it was very loud we are husband and wife team drivers only continued to stay bc of the convenient truck and trailer parking but today after another issue checking in with rude front desk we moved to Hampton across the street to our surprise also have excellent truck parking so drivers please know there is much better option right across the street where we were treated very well

Good location. Room was clean.
Negatives:
Faucet didn’t have diffuser. Water sprayed all over the place when using. Some of the trim on the floors wasn’t finished. Doesn’t seem to get cleaned in those cracks. Other than that room was nice and clean. I liked that there was no carpeting in the room.
