messed up our booking for a multiroom booking for a family funeral. Staff at the desk were extremely unprofessional. I was given keys to 3 different rooms, 2 of which had people in them when I opened the door. I had asked for an extra bed which they said they had none. We got a pair of sheets and no pillows and my daughter had to sleep on the floor.

Valentine's stay
Positives:
The guy in the suit pink tie with his ears slightly gaged ears was very professional and brought up no feather pillows because my fiance is allergic to them. Promptly.

Positives:
We booked last minute coming through town on a road trip from Minnesota to Georgia. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. We checked in close to midnight and there was a lot of partying going on in the bar by the lobby. Made me a little uncomfortable coming in late at night with my children however if it was just my husband and I we probably would've joined in. Haha. It was a friday night. But once we got to our room which was a few floors up it was super quiet and peaceful.
Negatives:
The bar night life going on by the lobby made it very difficult to find parking. We had to park around on the other side of the attached restaurant. It seemed like there was a lot of people there that weren't actually staying at the hotel, I say that because really early the next morning half of the cars directly in front of the hotel/lobby were gone. There should be parking designated for hotel room guests only. Not the end of the world just a suggestion.
