$50.00 non refundable pet fee. Room we were in had damage from pets that hadnt been fixed (what are they doing with the money they collect for pet fees). Expensive breakfast.

Very unresponsive staff. Requested clean towels and had to ask multiple times. Also asked for the room to be cleaned and the request was ignored. Upon checkout the front desk rudely pointed to the sign stating you must ask. Very poor experience.
