Stayed for my daughter's graduation, good location. 50 mins from UIUC and so much more afforable for this time of year! Overall clean and for the price, you can't beat it. The grab-and-go breakfast was convenient (cereal bars and muffins), and the coffee was nice. Beds were comfortable, and updated bathrooms.

Wished there was two beds instead of one queen. The noise from the person above was loud as the ceiling seemed paper thin. I could see those staying in the front near the road would be noisy.

We stayed here a couple days while visiting family, and will likely make this our regular hotel for extended visits. Good value, quiet location, easy to find... Worked out well for us. They have a small "grab and go" breakfast which was great for us when all we needed was coffee and a granola bar. Staff was pleasant.
