We stayed here a couple days while visiting family, and will likely make this our regular hotel for extended visits. Good value, quiet location, easy to find... Worked out well for us. They have a small "grab and go" breakfast which was great for us when all we needed was coffee and a granola bar. Staff was pleasant.

The friendly and professional staff. I requested a coffee maker in my room and the gentleman at the desk told me he would bring one to my room shortly. He brought it in less than five minutes along with enough coffee packets, real coffee mugs instead of Styrofoam and spoons. The place had many others checked in but, it was very quiet. The rooms was very clean and comfortable.

It was easy to find and close to the IWU campus. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff was very nice.

The refrigerator in our room was really and the water pressure wasn’t the greatest. Bathroom needs a few updates but all in all it was a good stay.

The staff was very congenial, friendly and professional.

The holy smelled of urine and weed. The registers in the rooms were clogged with dirt and dust both of which my daughter is allergic to. You have to go down and ask for a hair dryer seems ridiculous, and the fact that I couldn’t get an extra towel upon checking in because I had to do a replacement instead speaks volumes.

Cheap stay that matched conditions
Positives:
Breakfast is packaged muffins and such. "Grab and Go." Coffee was fresh, though. I was there less than 24 hours and witnessed it being made 4 different times in passing.
The staff were really helpful and pleasant.
Negatives:
Upon arrival, my window was open and I needed help to close it. But after it was closed, I realized why it may have been open. Room had a musty odor. But for one night, NYE, it was do-able.
