The manager took money from me and didn't return it. I felt incredibly unsafe and left in the middle of the night after she told me not to leave my room.

Windows were cracked open an inch at the bottom when we got into the room. We were on the 1st floor and a different group on the 2nd floor. Both had this same issue. So the room was very cold and we had a hard time getting them shut.

I booked a room with 2 gueens and they overbooked and I had to settle for 1 queen. The manager of color was rather rude and lazy. They did comp my room. I will not stay there again nor will I recommend this hotel. And tgere breakfast was not worth eating even free
