Our room wasn’t the cleanest. I went to get the ice bucket to find old water in it. The garbage in the bathroom was dirty on the outside. My daughter found a used lip balm in our room. The pool was very disappointing. It was so cold and dirty. I had to use their skimmer to get out a large hair ball. There was also a bandaid on the floor and dirt in the back right corner of the pool. It also seemed like someone might have been smoking outside the door of the pool because we could smell cigs. The pool and location were the reasons we choose this place, next time we will look for somewhere else.

Our bathroom wasn’t clean. There were products left from the previous guest in the shower which was a little disturbing. There was only a single bar of soap, no lotions or makeup remover pads in the bathroom. I was a little surprised of the lack of amenities in our room.

Positives:
Parking was excellent and convenient. The room was well-appointed although the carpet was filthy. I booked a pet-friendly room, so wondering if this is why. We didn't end up bringing our pets. I love how the room is set up and the sofa makes it so nice. We did not use the pull out bed, but it's nice to have a sofa to spread out a little, sit and relax.
Negatives:
Carpet was horribly filthy but the rest of the room was extremely clean. The beds are probably the reason I will not be back. They're so stiff it's like sleeping on the floor. So horrible we could not sleep - kept waking up all night to get comfortable. Hips and back were killing me.
