I've been staying at this location every so often for 15 years, ever since I was a Redbird myself. It's been nothing but improvments every time I visit, and they always provide exceptional service.
Negatives:
I had no complaints about this stay. The staff went above and beyond for me multiple times to make my stay a little easier. The food downstairs is fantastic, room service is quick and delicious, and the room was immaculate.
