Great stay for one night and close to the freeway. Comfy bed/pillows and had a good breakfast. Price was a bit higher then we had paid at previous locations but worth it when you are tired of driving and need a nice clean friendly place to sleep. Would stay again

Booking.com cheated us and the site out of $60. We requested Booking.com to reserve 2 rooms at Qualiity Inn and Suites in Bloomington IL for Friday night. When we arrived at the hotel we learned that Booking.com, without asking us, had changed our reservation from Friday to Saturday night. The hotel had rooms for us for Friday night which we reserved. When we contactef Booking.com to refund our money for Friday night. They send an email to the hotel saying they would cancel the reservation for a $60 fee that Booking.com would charge Quality Innn. We tried to escalate the situation through emails to Booking.com but Booking.com said it wasn't their problem. That we should resolve it with the hotel. We tried to re-explain how Booking.com caused the problem but no one from Booking.com communicated with us. We have begun telling our friends about how you have treated us and will continue to get the word out about how Booking.com screwed us.
