they tried to cancel room when we checked in and give us a room for a $100 more even though we talked to the manager the day if and day before to confirm our booking. it was dirty and hallway and room smelled like marijuana.

I had a lot of roaching in the room. After coming back from a night on the town with food. Moments after I sat my food on the table roaches came quick from the desk and the night stand. I was pissed and went to the front office the morning to cancel my room for the next day then the employee asked me to stay in a suite for my remaining stay. I have pictures of proof. So no happy.

We arrived before 3pm and were informed that the reservation has been canceled. We called to booking.com we were informed that hotel cancelled our reservation 2nights ago without forming us.
The front desk was less than helpful. They sad they have room for $340 per night ( we had booked $90/night 3 months previously.
We do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Terrible customer service, very dirty, strong smell of marijuana in the halls
Hands up for anyone who had advanced reservations they can cancel at anytime and not inform you! Be ware!

I will be looking for another hotel for my employees. For that rate we could of stayed somewhere much nicer.

Room had bad mold smell, huge water repair done to ceiling, refrigerator had bad clicking sound, exhaust fan in bathroom sounded like it would fall out at any moment, remote for TV had to be exchanged 3 times before one would work, pool extremely green.

People doing drugs in the parking lot, doors propped open with rocks, horrible cigarette smell EVERYWHERE. We said we would rather drive all the way home, then stay here.
They wont refund our money, saying we never showed up?!?
Total scam artists! We booked a room at a much nicer hotel for $60 less than this complete dump!!!!
