Positives:
We loved the outside of the hotel and the lobby and lounge. The room was also nice but on the small side.
Negatives:
The remote did not work on the TV in our room. We called the front desk and they sent a man up to fix it twice, but as soon as we turned it on again, you could not change channels.
The breakfast room was dark and foreboding and the breakfast was basic.

It was an excellent location for my needs.
I enjoyed the array of hot breakfast options.
I particularly liked the individual character of the facility and the unique, inviting, elegant, decidedly non-generic decor in public spaces.
My bed had four pillows…different firmness/filling options. Staff was friendly, professional, efficient and knowledgeable.
Got a kick out of the good-natured snack “bribe” option for writing a review. I wasn’t traveling with children but it definitely appeared to be both per and child-friendly.
Negatives:
Appreciate that the “Waffle” station for breakfast is located away from the main breakfast path, since making waffles is a time investment…but wish there had been plates available there as well…and a little counter/table space for people to balance their other breakfast choices while awaiting the “done” beeps (-;..could see that presented a consistent challenge in that location

Positives:
I thought it is very important to mention the manger reimbursed my first night because of my flight was canceled, and I didn’t arrived until the next day, the staff had me as a no show but when I arrived the next day they immediately accommodated me with a room which I requested. The staff were warm, welcoming, and nice.
Negatives:
I did not like the limited parking. There was a wedding on site which took up all the upfront parking spaces.

It was very clean, unique place to stay. It was fun to look at the old craftsmanship. They had displays of old hats, glassware and more. Beautiful fireplace in lobby.
