Inside door lock was broken. We had to call front desk to get us OUT. SAFETY ISSUE! They responded promptly, but Evening staff should have posted note on the door, so we could have avoided getting locked IN second time. Front staff said MAINTENANCE doesn’t arrive until 11am.
Understandable, but notice should have been on the door advising others of problem.

It was nice, quiet and clean.
Negatives:
My closet door was off the track and the mirror was broken. I did have a 6 yr old in the room but luckily she is a well be haved child and did not touch it. Also I was not told the pool was not working and we had to ho next door to use the pool. Which was the reason for coming to the hotel.
