Positives: Breakfast we excellent. The area was clean and prepared with all possible condiments.
Negatives: When I booked I clearly asked about being able to accommodate 5 travelers in a double queen with a cot. When we arrived we were unapologetically told that would not be possible. I then requested a king with the couch and we put 3 adults in the king and 2 on the couch, however I had to ask for this, the staff did not offer anything. He also commented that no one had called him from booking.com to make the request even though I did receive a response from you that the hotel was checked and able accommodate my request.

Positives: Everything except the toilet didnt flush and it wasnt taken care of. We used the public bathrooms on the first floor.
Negatives: The toilet didnt flush and we had to use the public restrooms on the first floor. Nobody assisted us with this. When we complained the next morning they acknowledged their error and comped the room. That was nice but a working bathroom or moving is to a different room would have been a better resolution.

Negatives: When we were assigned a room and upon entry to that room there was a strong sewer smell. We called the front desk to let them know then went down to receive a new room and coded key card. New room had no problems and staff solved the issue promptly.
