Well, upon check in, I was told I could have a $50 deposit put on my card or pay $100 cash that would be returned to me upon check out. NEVER heard of this before, and what were they going to do, go inspect my room while I wait to check out?? I thought that was very weird.
Also, no hot water until you ran the water for about 10-15 min. No water pressure in the shower. The sink was completely clogged from the time we got there. The floor looked like it had not been vacuumed/mopped. The alarm clock was broken, no time display.
Also, would not stay here again, as it appears to be a Crack motel now. Shady people hanging out outside all hours of the night.

Everything. There was a surprise jacuzzi for me and my girlfriend the staff was so nice. Shannon she was sweet I never caught the dudes name but he went above and beyond with his service. We walk in and it immediately sets the mood for us it was so nice. It was cheap as-well not very expensive and very comfortable. everything about the stay was just easy and great. We will definitely be back here next time we go north!!

Only good thing was the fridge was cold. Elevator was nice.
Negatives:
Customer service was less than desirable. Rooms smelled. Did not have dead bolt. At one time it did. Everything WAS STICKY. Stained hand towels to the level of brown in color. Shower had no pressure. Really has gone down hill since our first stay.
It seems to be an apartment building, not an ACTUAL HOTEL.
